Based in Paris and Zurich, the firm operates at the intersection of architecture, interior design, and product design.

We primarily work on renovation and conversion projects. We always start with what’s already there—its tangible and intangible qualities—to craft bespoke spaces that are rich in meaning.

Each project seeks to strike a balance between functionality, comfort, and flexibility of use, while creating sensitive atmospheres shaped by light and precision details.

Our philosophy is rooted in the idea of sufficiency—creating more with less. It is a compact, adaptable, dynamic architecture; a poetic aesthetic based on economy of means and the enhancement of raw or reused materials. Through a free interplay of textures and colors, we celebrate the beauty of simplicity.

The agency has partnered with the start-up Seconde Oeuvre. Together, we develop impactful projects, seeking to control and reduce our carbon footprint at every stage: integrating reuse strategies from the design phase, sorting and recycling materials during demolition, and limiting consumption and maintenance in the long term.

AMO Reuse and circular economy

We support our clients in a sustainable and virtuous approach by providing our expertise in reuse at every stage of the project, from design to demolition and construction. Upon completion, we produce a carbon footprint assessment for the project.

Gwendoline Eveillard is a licensed architect and project manager who graduated from ENSA Paris-Malaquais in 2015.

Gwendoline Eveillard founded the agency in 2021, after working for five years at the Swiss agency Herzog & de Meuron, winner of the Pritzker Prize, and previously at various firms, including BIG in Copenhagen and AWP in Paris.

Trained in projects of various scales and a wide range of programs, from public competitions to the renovation of heritage buildings, she focuses her work on enhancing existing structures, whether at the level of the urban fabric, the building, the living unit, or the material.

Gwendoline Eveillard has developed particular expertise in reuse, resource management, recovery, and the circular economy. She is a partner in the impact start-up Seconde Oeuvre, which specializes in these areas.

Since 2021, Gwendoline Eveillard has also been a professor at the ESA School of Architecture and a guest juror at various schools.

Cécile Colas is an expert in reuse and ecological transition in the construction sector. She is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and has 10 years of experience in sales and marketing at Saint-Gobain. Seconde Oeuvre supports private and professional players in sustainable development projects, offering services in deconstruction, cleaning and waste management, reconditioning and sale of reused finishing materials, and consulting in circular economy.
