A modernized and refined Parisian apartment from the 1970s. The custom interior design is designed for adaptable use of space, in a minimalist and warm atmosphere. The sober lines and pure materials—wood and concrete—give free rein to a simple, authentic, and lively everyday layout, reflecting the character of the Ménilmontant neighborhood. The renovation is part of a structured reuse approach, accompanied by a carbon impact calculation.
